The Girl Behind The Apron
Many of you know me as "the cookie girl," but outside of my kitchen you can call me Lindsey--you're southern girl from NC. After growing up in Greensboro, I spent my college years at The University of Georgia. GO DAWGS! I actually began my first baking blog my sophomore year of college. I had just gotten back from a trip to New Orleans, and I was so inspired by some of the bakeries we visited that I just sat down one day and began writing about it. The next thing I know I have a blog up and ready that shares sweet recipes and little bites of my life along the way.
After graduating, I returned to Greensboro, where I began working at my favorite bakery in town, Maxie B's. Although my time there was relatively short, it was another inspiring experience throughout my 203YP journey that has led me here today.
I, then, went on a little baking/blogging hiatus and put my Consumer Economics degree to good use for three years in property management. It wasn't until the Spring of 2017 that I circled back to my true 203YPassion. I was hesitant at first, and I questioned whether or not I could really make it work. When contemplating it to one of my girlfriends, all it took for me to stop second guessing myself was her one question: "Okay, but why not?"
So here we are today. Still blogging, baking, and thriving at 203YP, and I can't wait for y'all to continue this sweet little journey with me!
